These terms cover the Palette Pass. The quiz and the season pages are free to use and have no terms beyond ordinary fair use.

What the Palette Pass is
A digital report generated from your quiz answers: your season's colors ranked for your position on the axes, borrow colors from your runner-up season, contrast rules and outfit formulas, a makeup and hair shade guide, a capsule wardrobe and a printable palette card. It is delivered as a web page you can print or save. Nothing is shipped.
Price and payment
$12, charged once. Payment is handled by Stripe. The purchase is complete when Stripe confirms the payment and your report link opens.
Access
Your report link works for 30 days. Print it or save it as a PDF if you want to keep it. There is no account, so keep the link.
Refunds
Contact us within 14 days and we refund the purchase. You do not have to give a reason. This is on top of any statutory right of withdrawal you may have.
What this is not
Color analysis is a styling method, not a measurement. The quiz and the report are an indicator, not a professional draping, and not advice about health, cosmetics safety or anything else. Screens show color differently, so treat every hex code as a shopping guide rather than an exact match.
Your use of the report
The report is for you personally. You are welcome to print it, share it with a stylist or hairdresser, and use the colors however you like. Reselling or republishing the report itself is not permitted.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties, and then limited to the foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract. Statutory product liability is unaffected.
Applicable law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of mandatory rules in your country of residence.
