Soft Summer is the quietest, most heavily blended season in the whole system, closer to fog than to clear sky. Skin is neutral, olive or neutral-cool with an ashy undertone, sometimes carrying a pink tint and freckles, and can be fair to tan while always reading muted rather than clear. Hair sits between medium ash blonde and light-medium ash brown, always with a soft, greyed quality, never bright or golden even in strong sun. Eyes are typically grey, grey-blue, grey-green or grey-hazel, softly clouded rather than sharp, often with the same crackled-glass texture seen across the summer family, and read as muted brown on deeper complexions.
